Wish List Builders is based in Silver Spring, Maryland and we typically meet our new customers through recommendations and word of mouth.

Our history is that we've been working together since meeting at the University of Maryland in 1986.  Over the years we've completed countless kitchen and bath and basement remodels, complete additions, major house remodels, and commercial projects.  We've done simple and very complex work in Potomac, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, and more.
